Caller ID

When you receive an incoming call, you will see caller ID information displayed for the caller along the top of the phone screen. If they are using an extension internal to Virginia Tech or saved as a contact on your phone, then a name will display.

If the number is external, then you will see only the phone number of the incoming call.

If you need to change your caller ID information, then email provisioning@cns.vt.edu with requested changes.
